My personal story, I had a motorcycle accident in 1998, which when reported was called Miracle operation, I had crushed my chest and my Heart was speared on  my spine, the surgeon Roger Vaughan, had to remove my heart hand massage it whilst sewing it, there were other injuries too, after 7 weeks in Hosp and 13 months nursing at home, you get time to take stock of Life ! My life has been so different since !
